KAIST and Microsoft to open R&D lab in Korea
2008/10/01 13:32Microsoft and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) will open a new research and development center:
Under the memorandum of understanding, Microsoft will be responsible for the construction of the joint research center and the associated operating fees, while KAIST will provide the research staff and the site.
The envisioned center will focus its research on computer operating systems, database management, application software and mobile technology.
