Samsung's latest WiBro device: WiBro Communicator
2008/03/17 17:02Samsung has released their latest WiBro device that they've named the WiBro Communicator (SWT-W100K) which is a 4.3 inch touchscreen device running Windows CE.
Along with supporting WiBro, the Communicator combines a personal media player, DMB television, GPS navigation and Web browsing. The device also supports Bluetooth and includes a 2-megapixel camera.
With Intel supporting WiMax in their new Atom and Centrio 2 platforms, Korea Telecom (KT) should finally be able to offer a selection of interesting devices for their WiBro service. Other then a selection of WiBro USB dongles and mobile phones there haven't been many interesting WiBro-enabled devices.
