As a followup to the previous post, the Ubiquitous Dream Hall was closed this past July as the exhibits were merged into the new exhibition space at the Nuritkum Square Digital Pavilion.

Here’s a short note posted on the front door announcing the closure:

Thank you very much for visiting Ubiquitous Dream hall so far.

Dream hall has been introducing Korea’s cutting edge IT technology and providing the experience opportunity of future’s u-life.

However, for the efficient running of the exhibition hall, we are announcing that this ubiquitous dream hall is going to be incorporate and move to the newly built Digital Pavilion in Sang-am dong. So, don’t be confused with the tours of our dream hall.

But while the Ubiquitous Dream Hall has closed, SK Telecom has just announced a new showroom opening in early November that will exhibit similar ubiquitous technology. It’s called the T.um center: SK Telecom Experience Museum and also includes a Starbucks Korea concept outlet with “Ubiquitous Tables” that can be used to order a cup of coffee.
